Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are packed and shipped via trusted carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx. Shipping is $5.99 flat rate. Delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipment.

During this time, please allow the processing window before your order is shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us within 12–24 hours of placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by UPS. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
